Last night, Source One and Mobile Bay Reporting hosted an event for local young lawyers. I attended the event on behalf of the firm and received a Swallet. This neoprene wallet is packed full of intellectual property and is a great example of how a company can properly protect its most valuable assets—its intellectual property!
The Swallet is a neoprene sleeve with a large rubber band around the perimeter. According to its website, the Swallet even floats.
I was very happy to see that the SWALLET has federally registered its trademark (notice the ®), and it has an issued design patent. This product is a great example of how all innovative ideas, both big and small, should be properly protected with patents and trademarks.
I plan on using my Swallet over Memorial Day weekend!
