Kenneth Bush

I am an intellectual property attorney and a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. I have more than 25 years of intellectual property law experience across numerous industries and technologies, spanning a wide range of intellectual property practice areas including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, acquisitions, franchising, and litigation, and have served as a patent expert in patent infringement lawsuits. My experience also includes the roles of inventor, entrepreneur, and business owner.

My current legal practice focuses primarily on patent and trademark prosecution matters. However, I assist my clients with enforcing their intellectual property against infringers as well as defending against allegations of infringement from others when necessary.

I enjoy working with all types of clients, from individual inventors and entrepreneurs having a single product or service, to small and large businesses having a variety of products and services. I work with my clients to identify important aspects of their businesses and innovations, and provide guidance on the applicable intellectual property protections available and the best use of their resources to optimize their protections and achieve their business goals.
