Mr. Bridges has represented clients of all sizes including multi-national corporations, start-ups, and individual inventors in patent litigation, licensing, and prosecution. Through his varied experience, Mr. Bridges has acquired the skills to analyze patents and their corresponding inventions and to help the owners of these patents to extract the most value from their intellectual property.

Mr. Bridges previously served as an attorney at Henninger, Garrison, Davis LLC, Fish & Richardson, and Alston & Bird, where Mr. Bridges focused on representing corporate clients in defending patent infringement matters.

I attended and received my B.S. in Mathematics from The University of Alabama. Prior to attending law school, I developed enterprise software for major telecommunication companies. I graduated from Columbia University School of Law, where I was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Executive Articles Editor of the Columbia Review of Science and Technology.

Representative Matters

  • Lead litigator in intellectual property cases for 15+ separate patent holders in cases spanning ten different Federal district courts.
  • Actively supervised and managed open source software diligence in $700m acquisition of Internet advertising company.
  • Lead attorney before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) on multiple Inter Partes Reviews, Covered Business Method reviews, and patent prosecution appeals on matters relating to computer networking devices, telecommunications, infrared imaging, e-commerce technology, and manufacturing systems across all cycles of process including pre-institution, post-institution, trial and appeal.
