We Create Unique Intellectual Property Strategies and Solutions

I enjoy working with clients to help take their inventions to their broadest protectable limits.  Creating patent strategies and drafting patent applications is my primary focus and I am excited when I am able to share that passion with my clients. I am a registered patent attorney and focus my practice on patent preparation and prosecution.

I have authored and co-authored many papers in the chemical field, ranging from the regeneration of spent hydrogen fuel to the potential cleanup of nuclear waste using boron oxides. Much of this work has been published, including in two of the leading journals in the field of chemistry–Science, and Nature.

I received an advanced chemistry degree from the University of North Alabama.  I later received a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Alabama.  I received my law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
